Despite the VAT increase we have not passed this onto the customer.
Rates per room NOT per person.
A deposit of £75.00 per room is required upon booking. If rooms are cancelled before 48 hours of your arrival, this is fully refundable.
Dogs are welcome at a charge of £10.00 per stay, which includes a dog bed, towel and biscuits.
There is a surcharge of £20.00 per child per night (children up to the age of 15 years), cots are available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
The Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate gives an allowance of £30.00 per person per night towards an evening meal.
High Season rates refer to all school & bank holidays.
Saturday nights cannot be booked as a one night stay.
Single Occupancy rates are also available.
