The Ship’s Very Own Premium Black Diamond Gin

Like many hotels and bars, you’ll find a vast array of different gins to choose from at The Ship Hotel in Brancaster.

But unlike many venues, you’ll find something rather unique on the shelves and on the bar when you ask for a gin and tonic.

The Ship’s unique Black Diamond Premium Gin was developed by our team who worked with a local Norfolk distillery to develop a distinct local flavour, using traditional botanicals, Black Mulberries, Apples, Norfolk Elderflower, Sweet Cranberries, Cassia Bark & Hibiscus.

By the glass, a Black Diamond Gin and tonic really is something rather special and is very much in demand with our regular guests.

As a result, we also sell it by the bottle to those who want to enjoy our special gin long after their stay with us (accompanied by a couple of Ship’s branded glasses and a garnish of dried Black Mulberries and Blueberries)

Black Diamond is named after the model Ship, “Black Diamond”, which has hung outside our hotel since 1950 and has become a landmark to many thousands of visitors to and residents of the lovely North Norfolk coast. This unique & premium Gin has been created using traditional botanicals, Black Mulberries, Apples, Norfolk Elderflower, Sweet Cranberries, Cassia Bark & Hibiscus.
