JOB TITLE: Kitchen Porter
LOCATION: The Ship Hotel Brancaster
REPORTING TO: Head Chef / General Manager
HOURS OF WORK: 22 per week as required + Holiday cover
HOURLY RATE: £9.00 per hour, plus share of Tips

SUMMARY OF THE JOB ROLE & PURPOSE:
To wash pots, clean plates, mop floors, keep kitchen and surrounding areas clean & Tidy
- Wash floor at the end of each shift.
- Keep back delivery section clean and box free.
- Clean downstairs, fridges and dry stores, keep floor clean.
- Clear away canteen trolley and clean at the end of meal times.
- Generally, keep the kitchen clean at all times.
- To wash pots and keep pots area clean at all times.
- To clean plates and keep dish wash area clean at all times.
- To abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by Law
- Any other reasonable requests
- Help chefs with Daily prep
